When I first ordered this, it was shipped immediately but due to an issue with the carrier (that was not at all the fault of the seller), it never arrived. I sent a message and the seller immediately sent a replacement and tracking information so I would know what was happening. This time it arrived. I recently switched from GP to ER and this guide is super helpful for me in learning the new things I need to do. I also really appreciate the kindness of the seller taking care of a shipping issue that was not their fault at all to ensure that I received my order.

Absolutely perfect item! The flashcards are great, the logbook is exactly what I need, and the anatomy posters are beautiful and very useful! It was presented beautifully too and it arrived sooner than I expected. I'd definitely buy from this shop again and I'd recommend this to any student vet nurse!!
